We had a good first meeting on Thursday--lots of new faces and thankfully some old ones too. We tentatively picked Saturday October 8 for the march, but need to check out whether a venue is available for the post-march party on that night. We're also starting to plan a July fundraiser. Mary will post full notes from the meeting.

Because we're planning a July fundraiser, our next meeting will be next Thursday, June 23, 7:00, at the Country Club, 634 Louisa. (We're making sure it's ok to meet there and will let you know if for some reason the meeting place changes.) After we get the details of the fundraiser worked out, we'll meet less frequently.

Please, anyone with ideas about the fundraiser or the post-march party, come to the next meeting. And bring a swim suit!
